Defendant to Plead Not Guilty to Murder Charges for Wife's Death in 1990

Illinois State prosecutors are reaching nearly 30 years into the past to bring murder charges against a man whose wife died in 1990. At the time of her death, investigators ruled it a suicide by hanging; now, they claim to have new evidence that shows foul play was afoot. Attorney Bukalski of Johnson Law Group will act as the lead defense counsel for the client, who is expected to plead not guilty in an upcoming preliminary hearing.
